2024 Reflections

As we approach the end of 2024, it’s the perfect moment to look back on what has been an extraordinary year of growth, transformation, and achievement for Calculated Performance. From significant milestones in our expansion to strategic decisions that have shaped our future, this year has truly been one to remember. Here’s a round-up of the highlights that defined our journey in 2024.

New Centres in Liverpool, Manchester, and Cheadle

Our mission to provide high-quality training and development opportunities to more communities made great strides this year. In April, we were thrilled to open the doors of our Liverpool South Centre, followed closely by the launch of the Manchester Central Centre in May.

In November, we reached a major milestone with the opening of our Cheadle Centre - our very first pilot franchise. This initiative represents an exciting new chapter for Calculated Performance, enabling us to extend our proven model to new areas while working with franchisees who share our passion and vision.

Transitioning to Members-Only

One of the most pivotal decisions we made in 2024 was transitioning to a Members-Only private training provider. This change reflects our commitment to delivering a more personalised and premium experience for our Members. By focusing exclusively on our members, we have been able to enhance our offerings, and build a stronger sense of belonging.

Numbers Throughout the Year

This year, we proudly facilitated 8,650 bookings across all our centres, whilst achieving an 85% average occupancy rate, a testament to the growing demand for our services and the trust our members place in us.

These numbers represent more than just statistics - they embody the thousands of moments in which our Members learned, connected, and achieved their goals. We are immensely proud to have been part of their journey.

Investing in Excellence

To ensure we continue to provide the best possible experience, we re-invested £65,000 this year into upgrading our facilities, equipment, and overall membership experience. From state-of-the-art equipment to enhanced facilities, these investments demonstrate our commitment to creating an environment where our Members can thrive.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we reflect on our achievements in 2024, we are also excited for what lies ahead in 2025. The success of the Cheadle pilot franchise paves the way for further franchise opportunities, allowing us to bring our services to even more communities. Additionally, we remain dedicated to enhancing the member experience, guided by feedback and a relentless drive for excellence.
