Growing Our Coaching Team: 40 Coaches and Counting
Since January, we’ve expanded our coaching team to 40 experienced coaches across our centres, a significant milestone that reflects the growing demand for our membership.
Thanks to our partnership with UCFB, we’ve built a strong talent pipeline. This collaboration allows us to identify driven, skilled individuals with the right mindset to thrive in a high-performance environment. Through this partnership, we actively participate in careers fairs, host guest lectures, and conduct practical workshops.
Regardless of their background, every coach must undergo our comprehensive in-house training program and pass the Calculated Performance Private Coaching Qualification. This rigorous process ensures that our coaches can deliver our methodology with technical depth, meticulous attention to detail, and the personal touch that our Private Members expect.
