Our experienced coaches will work with each athlete to develop an individual development plan and provide feedback & guidance throughout your journey with us. Whether you are a player struggling with confidence or an experienced athlete in an academy environment, our Individual Performance Program is designed to help you achieve your goals.
Key Information
An active membership is required to join the Individual Performance Program. Before activating your membership, we welcome you to book an introductory session to make sure we are a right fit for you, this is also when you will receive your individual development plan. Development requires weekly commitment, our friendly bookings team will help find you a suitable time slot to attend on a weekly basis. The Individual Performance Program emphasises technical & physical development, along with focusing on the topics which are typically overlooked in a group environment.

FAQs

Yes, all bookings on our Individual Performance Program are required to have an active membership. We suggest booking an introductory session, this is priced at £25.00 and will allow you the chance to make sure we are the right fit for you prior to committing.

No, you will never be tied into a contract and you are welcome to terminate your booking whenever you like, providing you give us 30 days' notice. You can read our full terms and conditions here.

When you are ready, you can book an introductory session by enquiring here or instant book here, this is priced at £25.00. Upon completion of this session you will receive an Individual Development Plan, highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement.

If you consistently commit to a minimum of 3 months of training every week, you will see significant development. However, our coaches are dedicated to helping you continuously progress, which is why many players continue training with us for many years.

All of our coaches are hired with a minimum of FA Level 2 qualification. They are also all qualified in safeguarding and first aid. On top of this, we have an internal qualification that all coaches must pass before being eligible to deliver 1:1 coaching sessions.
